Full Description

Reference from Archaeological Survey: "Stable. Probably early 19th century. Timber0framed and weatherboarded on brick footings; peg-tile roof, hipped at ends. Small rectangular building on the same axis as the farmhouse, roofed on a northwest - southeast axis. The northeast side, facing the yard, has 2 stable doors with outer small windows under the eaves. Inside the northwest cell has a stall partition and manager. The southeast cell is used as a woodstore. Nailed roof with a ridgeboard." (1)
