Full Description

Reference from Archaeological Survey: "Range of 3 sheds. Probably built between 1841 and 1874, although without map evidence they might be considered later. Stretcher bond brick; felted roofs, probably replacing pegtiles. Roofed on a west-east axis, sited on the south side of the north track out the fields and facing onto it. A modest range of buildings but some surviving detail suggests that they were part of a phase of development in the farm that included buildings with some picturesque architectural detail - including the east barn and oasthouse. Ridge of each shed lowered from west to east. Front of centre shed buttressesd. Left hand (east) shed with plank door and segmental-headed 2-light window alongside with diamond leaded panes." (1)
