Monument record TR 15 NW 1957 - Anglo-Saxon structure and occupation evidence, Chantry Court, St Radigunds Street
Summary
The presence of Saxon material suggests Saxon occupation in the vicinity of the site, at least one Saxon pit and two possible sunken huts. Only the lowest portiones of the structures and some post holes survived. A road or trackway, possibly dating to the Saxon period, was also located along the southern side of the site.
