Full Description
Reference from Archaeological Survey: "Stables. Early 19th century. Weatherboarded timber framed front on stone rubble footings, end and rear walls of ragstone rubble with some red brick at north end and ragstone at the south end; asbestos slate roof, formely pegtile. Low single storey range on rough north-south axis down the slope and facing west into the yard. The building has 3 sections each stepping down from north to south…"(1)
