Full Description

Reference from Archaeological Survey: "Granary with cartsheds on the ground floor at Little Chenway Farm. Late 18th century- early 19th with early 20th extension (later than the 1906 tithe map). Original build is wetherboarded timber framing on brick footings, extension is mostly brick; peg-tile roof. Tall 2- storey building in east west axis, with east end front towards the farmhouse. Main block is open fronted cartshed with granary above with central loading hatch door (plank with large strap hinges), a roller below and hoist above…" (1)
