Full Description
Reference from Archaeological Survey; "Cartshed originally, now converted to a small stable. Built in second half of 19th century. Weatherboarded timber framing on brick footings; gable-ended peg-tile roof. Small single storey building, nroth south axis on north end of east barn. Originally the cartshed faced east towards the farmhouse, 3 bays and open-fronted. Front now filled with 20th brick. 20th 2-flap door through north end. Inside the framing is hidden but open to common rafter roof with clasped purlin construction." (1)
