Full Description

Reference from Archaeological Survey: "Stable. Late 19th century with some later alterations. English bond red brick; peg tile roof. Low gable-ended building with hayloft in the roofspace. It faces onto a lane to the south. The original arrangement had 3 front doorways with windows between. Central doorway is blocked by a 20th window, but ones each side (3/2 panes with lifting casements) are probably original. East doorway blocked and west doorway contains a 2-flap door. Inserted doorway in east end but original hayloft hatch above. Roof includes 3 ventilators projecting through the ridge. Interior altered in 20th and loft not accessible." (1)
