Full Description

Reference from Archaeological Survey: "Implement sheds. Dating is a problem here. The sheds would appear to be late 19th century, but a building of the same unusual layout is show on the 1844 tithe map. They could be a late 19th rebuild of an early 19th sheds using the original footings. Weatherboarded timber framing on red brick footings; corrugated iron roof. Range of 3 low buildings between the farm entrance and the stock shed. The range adjoining the northeast-southwest axis and faces northwest on the lane. There is a block at right angles facing southwest onto the farm entrance and north-south block canted between facing west onto the lane. The dividing partitons are at the angles…." (1)
