Full Description

Reference from Archaeological Survey: "Much-altered building. Probably a stock shed origianlly since the old maps show a relatively small enclosed yard in front. Late 18th century 19th century with 20th alterations. Weatherboarded timber framing with Flemish bond red brick footings, rear footings raised to first floor level (front wall infilled with 20th corrugated iron); gable-ended corrugated asbestos roof. Long building on rough northwest-southeast axis facing southwest onto site of small yard. It is lofted but front wall brought down to first floor level over originally open front…" (1)
