Summary

A series of wall were recorded by Pilbrow in 1868, running along a sewer trench in the St. George's Street, The Parade, and High Street area. Subsequent watching briefs and observations were to record further evidence and sightings of these walls in 1933; 1947; 1954; 1975-7 and 1982.
