Weatherboarded timber framing, mostly on English bond red brick footings but north west bay has stone footings; pegtiel roof. Low building built across and terraced into the hillslope, facing south west onto the garden 9a yard in 1906). The 1906 OS map shows a 3-room plan, narrow end compartments and wider central open-fronted section.
