Reference from archaeological survey: "Stable. Built between 1846-1870. Timber - framed and weatherboarded on stone rubble and English bond brick footings; pegtile roof, hipped at south end, gabled at north end. The building is roofed on a north/south axis and faces east into the yard; deep lean-to on posts added to the rear. The front elevation has a right and a slatted window to the far right. Doorway on left return about 1m above ground level. Inside the stable is divided into 4 stalls.
