Full Description
Reference from archaeological survey: "Cowhouse. Timber-framed on brick footings; peg-tile roof hipped at west end of north range and south end of east range. L-plan building, both ranges opening into small stockyard. The north range, roofed on a west-east axis has been extended at the west end. It has one doorway on the rear, inot the addition and one on the front (south) into the yard. The interior of the original is divided into 3 stalls, 2 retaining troughs. Piping from the farm pond originally brick eas end wall and 2 doorways on the front…" (1)
