Reference from archaeological survey: "Built same style of mid 19th century buildings at farm. English garden wall bond with a peg-tile roof, hipped at ends. The building is sited east of the farm pond, opening onto a small yard to its east which also contains an open-fronted fattening shed. The front (east) elevation has a central plank doorway in the right return, outside the yard. 3 roof lights. Interior not accessible at time of survey." (1)
