Reference from archaeological survey: "Weatherboarded timber frame on low ragstone footings with brick footings; gable-ended slate roof. Small 3-bay barn on northwest - southeast axis. It forms the barrier between the inner and outer courtyards. Opposing central doorways to the threshing floor…" (1)
