Full Description

Reference from archaeological survey: "Stable, now used for storage. Site southeast of the farmhouse, built on a WE axis, facing south onto the track into the yard from the road. Probably ealry 19th century, shown on the tithe map of 1841. Historic map evidence suggests that it was once part of a large courtyard plan arrangement which has been broken through since 1908 to provide a track down to the fields west of the house - this range may originally have been a stock building, converted to stable use after the alterations to the yard…" (1)
