Summary

North wagon lodge, sited NE of the farmhouse adjacent with south wagon lodge at Old Soar Road The north wagon lodge, adjacent to south wagon lodge, built between 1872 and 1908. Now in separate ownership to the farm and used as a garage for the now converted oast house. the north wall is built of stone rubble; the south wall is largely shared with the south wagon lodge, the roof supported on posts. The north end is open, and the ends of the side walls brick are dressed. The south end wall is timber framed. It has a peg-tile roof, is hipped at the east end and gabled at the west end.
