White plaque on the Louisa Bribge, Broadstairs originally constructed 1850 by Thomas Crampton, reconstructed 1994. In 1859, Crampton formed the Broadstairs Water Company, building a water tower 80 feet … This is the Louisa Gap bridge, named after his youngest daughter.
