Malthouse marked on cobblers bridge road (at junction of wahat is now Greenhill Gardens) on os map 1898 edition (Not on 1st edition 1872) Marked on 1932 os map 6" but probably repalced by subsequent housing. (1) Probably built sometime between 1876 and 1896, and may of been owned by A. Wacher in the early 1900's.(2) The malthouse was a rectangular-plan building with a smaller L-shaped structure added at the north end. It was probably demolished after 1932 and replaced by housing.(3)
