Cropmark of rectangular enclosed settlement with no entrance or internal features sited to TQ 6945 7285 from good quality air photographs. Interpreted as Iron Age. (1)

The faint cropmark traces of the southern section of a possible incomplete rectilinear enclosure of uncertain date with a possible annexe attached to the eastern side seen at TQ 6945 7284. The main enclosure measures 13m across between its corners, and the longer (western) of the other two sides can be traced for 15m to the north This site was mapped as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
Within the same field, to the north-west of this site are the cropmark traces of a single ring ditch (NMR Monument:413752) and beyond that, part of a possible trackway and associated rectilinear enclosure (NMR Monument:413754) could also be seen as faint and fragmented cropmarks on the same aerial photographs.(2-7)
