Cropmark of possible field system sited to TQ 6928 7299 from poor quality air photographs. Unknown date. (1)

Fragments of ditchseen as cropmarks at TQ 6913 7296 and TQ 6929 7297 on aerial photographs. These features appeared as two sets of paired parallel ditch ditches aligned E-W, possibly the remains of trackways. Other fragments of further ditches of uncertain date or form were also seen. At the southern edge of the field at TQ 6911 7293 faint traces of a possible rectilinear enclosure measuring 8m across could also be seen as a cropmark. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. (2-7)
