Full Description
[TQ 903 646] Minster Church. (1) The Domesday Book refers to the Abbott of St. Augustine's holding the churches and tithes of this manor. Milton Regis is also referred to in the Domesday Monachorum under a list of Customs of the Archbishop received from Priests and Churches, and as a church with other churches subordinate to it. (2-3)
