Least echosounder depth 16.8 in general depth 24m. No scour. Side scan sonar height 7.9m, Length 75m. Lying 050/230deg. 11-OCT-1978 Located during hydrosearch trial in 51 03 14.7N 001 18 10.5E. Ogb coords 631445E, 133555N. Least echosounder depth 14.9 In gen depth 23m. Scour 0.5m. Hydro ht 8.16m [Photo]. Length 80m, beam 10m. Lying 051/231deg, bow SW. Bow section broken approx 10m from stem. 23-AUG-1983 Large SS, with engines and bridge amidships, lying upright with virtually all decking and superstructure collapsing. Much of bow area is damaged and with little height above seabed. (1)
