Monument record TR 15 NW 2375 - Roman Findspot, former Simon Langton Yard, Whitefriars

Summary

The most important discoveries were those of a Roman street and of six Anglo-Saxon huts of the sixth and seventh centuries which lay in the demolished remains of a Roman building lying NW of the street. Five Roman coins dated c. AD 200-378 were fond as a group on the site.
