Full Description
Canterbury Archaeological Trust and Dover Archaeological Group undertook excavations at the site of an Anglo-Saxon cemetery ahead of the construction of a new agricultural building.
Several graves were completely excavated and several partially excavated.
In addition prehistoric flintwork was recovered from the topsoil of test pits excavated at the site of an Anglo-saxon cremation and inhumation cemetery.
