Full Description

A field walking survey took place in 20005 as part of an assessment for a proposed pipeline. One sherd of Iron Age pottery was recovered (NGR 608345 1270102). Another sherd of medieval pottery, probably the base od a saggy-bottomed vessel, originating from the central area of the Weals (NGR 608338 126988). These finds are not considered to suggest presence of archaeological sites. (1)
