Vertical Datum: LAT Quality of Depth: ES Orientation: 040220 30-DEC-1970 Position 51 10 00N 001 42 41E [EUR]. Least echosounder depth 33.2 in general depth 37m. Seabed flat. Not fully surveyed. Not detected by sonar. 11-AUG-1971 Swept clear at 32m. 07-DEC-1971 Position 51 10 01N 001 42 41E [EUR]. Swept clear at 32.8, Foul at 33.4m. Least echosounder depth 33.4 in general depth 38m. No scour. Length approx 150ft. Lying NEchosounderW. 04-JAN-1972 Position 51 09 59N 001 42 41E [EUR]. Clear at 32.1m, Foul at 32.1m. Least echosounder depth 32 in 38m. No scour. Lying 040/220deg. Approx 120ft long. 25-JUL-1972 Position 51 10 03N 001 42 39.6E [EUR]. Located by side scan sonar but not swept. 05-JUL-1976 Not found. 18-MAY-1978 Located using hf6 and side scan sonar in 51 10 00N 001 42 42E [EUR]. Least depth 34m. 26-MAR-1978 UTM coords 409915E, 5669260N. Lying 030/210deg with length 30m. Sonar height 4.4m in general depth 39m. Side scan sonar trace indicates long scour projecting NE from wreck. 10-FEB-1983 Shown as wreck 33.5 in general depth 37m on FR survey 1981/82 - k9065/1. 24-FEB-1984 In 51 10 01N 001 42 42E. UTM coords 409915E, 5669300N. Least echosounder depth 33 in general depth 38m. No scour. Side scan sonar height 4m, length 10m approx. Lying 040/220deg, with raised sections fore and aft, and possibly covered in centre. 08-DEC-1986 Found during area sonar search. Not examined. 11-OCT-1987 In 51 09 56N 001 42 42E. Least echosounder depth 33 in general depth 37m. No scour. Side scan sonar height 4.4m, Length 40m, breadth approx 5m. Whole, lying 040/220degs, with no distinct shape. Magnetic anomaly indicates iron content of some 126 tonnes. 04-AUG-1988 No marked change from previous report. Least echosounder depth obtained 32.8m. Sonar length approx 25m. 20-OCT-1992 Located during side scan sonar area search in vicinity charted position. Stands 3.6m High in general depth 37m. Very small wreck. Not fully examined - outside survey area. (1)
