Full Description
03-JUL-1959 Mast 2ft above water dangerous to navigation. 03-JUL-1959 vessel recovered a floating spar in a position 1.8 miles south 4 deg E (magnetic) from E Goodwin Lt Vessel on 04-SEP-1928. The spar appears to be a complete lower mast of a sailing vessel 54ft long by 1ft in diameter. It had apparently been in the water some considerable time as it was thickly encrusted with seaweed. 18-APR-1966 Not examined. (1)
