Full Description
Approximate site of Second World War air raid shelter, part of Ramsgate tunnels according to Thanet Gazette 10.7.15 (1).
The air raid shelters are visible as structures and earthworks on RAF/HLA/380 STBD 949 15-DEC-1941. The features are demolished on the latest Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. The features were mapped as part of the Thanet Landscape Mapping Project. (2-3)
