Findspot record TR 04 SW 464 - Small Assemblage containing worked flint, pottery, ironwork and ceramic building material; 7 Warren Lane, Ashford, Kent

Summary

A small assemblage of finds were recovered during the watching brief at 7 Warren Lane, Ashford, Kent. These finds included a single piece of worked flint which is in poor condition but believed to date to the later prehistoric period. A single sherd of later prehistoric pottery was recovered typical of the Early to Middle Iron Age. Seven pieces of ceramic building material were also found including a brick fragment of late post-medieval date. Seven fragments of ironwork were also recovered.
