Full Description
During a Magnetometery survey at Julliberrie Down on 22nd September 2009, a series of undated hearth-like structures were revealed. An additional note in the report states that the hearths were 11th to 12th Century AD in date, following archaeological investigation. No further information on the hearths was provided within this document.
The survey area was approximately 0.5ha and the sample interval was 8 per metre. (1)
