Full Description

Chatham House School, now Chatham House Grammar School for Boys, was used as a Voluntary Aid Detachment (VAD) Hospital of 250 beds from Mar 1916 until Sep 1917. Chatham House was hit during a raid on 22nd Aug 1917, killing 2 and wounding 5 people.
