Full Description
A red-brick, two-storey cottage hospital built in 1901 with additions of 1906-7 to create a twelve-bed unit. The architect was John W. Little of Tonbridge. Quarry Hill House was used as a Voluntary Aid Detachment (VAD) Hospital from Oct 1914 until Feb 1919. The House was demolished sometime between 1990-99 to make way for housing.
