Full Description
Trench 11 was situated between the north end of the barrack block (B20) and the south wall of building 32 (building etc. numbers relate to those given by Philp 1981) (1). A number of water worn pebble metalled surfaces were uncovered in the immediate area surrounding the outside of building 20. This surfacing is typical of that found at other open areas of the fort during the 1970's excavations of the site. (2)
