Findspot record TR 34 SW 1415 - Roman amphora. Adrian Street/Last Lane, Dover.
Summary
During a number of investigations on war damaged sites in Dover in 1951-1952 a sherd of buff coloured Amphorae was uncovered near the Unitarian Church at the junction of Adrian Street with Last Lane. The surface of the vessel contains graffito which reads LLISTI (ES) (location accurate to the nearest 5m based on available information)
