Full Description
A Second World War pillbox lies c. 230 m west of Bimbury Lane, Stockbury. It originally stood in open countryside but is now overgrown on a field boundary. It formed part of the defences of Detling Airfield. It is visible on 2012 aerial photographs (1)
Visited in 2024 as part of the Maidstone 20th century survey of military and civil defence sites. Condition described as "Good overall condition, but heavily overgrown." (2)
