Full Description
A WWII brick and concrete air raid shelter.
it is on the corner of the junction of Wallbridge and Horsham Lanes. The Grid Reference above taken from the UK Grid Reference Finder is the correct one.
It is believed that the shelter was intended for the residents of the nearby cottages. Both ends have been broken into and the entrance is blocked by a chain link fence.
Current condition. Poor, large hole knocked in the wall - 31-03-2013 (1)
