Summary
Station House (No.2) was built as part of the Royal Military Canal development in the Napoleonic War Period, it was possibly built as a a guard house for main crossings over the canal. Shown and named on 1st, 2nd and 3rd editions of the historic 1:2500 Ordnance Survey mapping and Shown but not named on the 4th. Demolished between the 4th edition map and the 1960 aerial photograph
