Monument record TR 34 SW 1781 - Linear feature of possible prehistoric date, Maison Dieu Road, Dover

Summary

A feature of unknown date was uncovered during an archaeological evaluation at 70 Maison Dieu Road, Dover ahead of development at the site. A single feature was seen which may have been of archaeological origin, this feature appeared to be linear in shape and was sealed by a colluvial deposit and cut into another. Unfortunately nothing dateable was recovered from the fill however, it does show that there was a period of stability between these two colluvial events.
