Summary

Halling Baptist Church, Vicarage Road, was established and built in 1898 by workers from the Halling Cement Works as an alternative place of worship for those who wished to attend a Nonconformist meeting place. In 1898 the new chapel was built and was attended by 22 members and 200 children.
