Vertical Datum: LAT Quality of Depth: SWS 03-JUL-1974 Obstruction - a symetrical mound, about 35m across at base, located in 51 33 06N 001 25 19E. Swept clear at 14, Foul at 14.5m. Least echosounder depth 14.2 in general depth 18m. No scour. At no time did sweep part. Nothing metallic could be felt with lead. 06-AUG-1987 Dived on In 51 33 08N 001 25 18E. Wreckage of British East India Co. Ship. Only remains of cargo left forming small lump on seabed about 8 to 10ft high, 15ft wide and 60ft long. 26-OCT-1989 In 51 33 05.5N 001 25 19.5E. Swept clear at 16.6, Foul at 16.7m. Least echosounder depth 16.6 in general depth 18.6m. Scour depth 19.8m. Dual channel side scan sonar height 1.65m. Large area of scattered wreckage, 75 x 60m, giving a slight magnetometer deflection. (1)
