Monument record TR 06 SW 246 - Site of a possible 'Villa' at Chambers Crossing, east of Faversham
Summary
The site of a possible Roman villa was identified near Faversham in the nineteenth century. A later search of the area (reported 2000) recorded a compacted chalk surface and Roman ceramic sherds. TR 06 SW 23 may be the same site.
