Full Description

This logboat was found in 1970 in mudflats off Seasalter, Kent. It disappeared during winter 1972-3. It had a base of flat-bottomed oak with vestigial sides. Surviving length c5.9m, max breadth 0.75m. The one surviving end was rounded in plan. (1).
