Monument record TR 06 SW 1047 - Possible quarry, east of Faversham
Summary
Photographs taken in 1946 show what could possibly be a quarry at this point. However, there is nothing marked on any Ordnance Survey maps pf the area and this is more likely to be a brick earth 'scraping' feature, linked to the nearby Abbey brickworks.

Full Description
Possible quarry - Nothing marked on any OS mapping. Photograph (1-3).
Quarrying is not an appropriate interpretation for this particular location, but this was a brick earth extraction area for the nearby Abbey brickworks. (4)
