Summary

An enclosure, south of Stoke Marshes marked on the Ordnance Survey historic maps (1858-1940). Also visible in aerial photographs taken shortly after the second World War. Not identified during an assessment of the north Kent coast by Wessex Archaeology in 2004.

Full Description

Enclosure, marked as a feature on 1st-3rd ed OS (1,2,3). Photographs (4-6). No visible remains in 2004, although the area of the enclosure is waterfilled and marshy, with extensive reed cover. (7)
