Monument record TQ 77 SE 1056 - A storage? tank formerly located by Hoo Fort, Hoo St. Werburgh
Summary
A storage tank at the edge of the boundary of Hoo fort, recorded on the 3rd and 4th edition Ordnance survey maps. A pile of concrete slabs were recorded at this point during a 2004 coastal survey; these could have been used as a revetment, with large square cut posts at the front.
