Full Description
Sheepfold (marked on 1st Ed. OS). Photographs (1-3). Also marked on the 2nd-4th ed. OS (4).
The site of a former 19th - 20th century sheep fold recorded on historic OS maps at TQ 8038 7849. The map sources depict a single small building within a fenced off area at the entrance between two low-lying fields in St Mary's Marshes. This site was noted durning the course of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. (5-7)
