Full Description

The remains of a possibly wrecked vessel can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1947. This is situated on Hoo Flats at TQ 7960 7135. It was still visible at this location in 1952 but could not be seen on air photos taken in 1963. It was mapped from air photos as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.(1-3)
