Monument record TQ 87 SW 1009 - Lozenge shaped feature, possible Saltpans, Stoke Ooze
Summary
An oval/lozenge shaped feature was identified on the Stoke shoal in a chart from 1802 of the Medway and Thames. The fact that this feature appeared to be divided into four parts has led to the interpretation that these were Saltpans.
