Maritime record TR 06 NW 1032 - Wreck of fishing vessel HH36 on foreshore of the Swale, Isle of Harty, Sheppey

Summary

There is a wreck of a wooden fishing vessel on the foreshore of the Isle of Harty, near Harty Ferry Inn. It is 20m long and has remains of green and brown paint on it. Some wooden and iron fittings in the centre and its broken mast are still preserved. Its fishing license number HH36 can still be seen on its side. The HH suggests that the vessel would have been registered in Harwich.
